2. Students willingness to give the best effort
3. Support from parents, administration and community

5. Strength to stand for what is right for students against all opposition

7. Reach one that seems unreachable
8. Limitless love for people
9. Policy makers to do what is right for education, students and teachers.... (Stop using education as a political pawn and villainizing teachers)

2. Clarity in how to show Christ's love in such a worldly environment
3. Having a positive outlook and attitude EVERY day!
4. The words to say to children who are struggling with things outside of school
5. Patience!
6. The ability to recognize students who are struggling in and out of school
7. How to love students who are hard to love
8. Clarity in how to share our testimony in such a worldly environment
9. How to motivate students who are unmotivated and not interested in learning
10. The ability to not get sucked into the negativity that sometimes surrounds us!
